London electric skateboard retailer WICK boards victim of large burglary

In the early hours on Wednesday the 12th of June, London electric skateboard shop WICK boards became victim of burglary.

The store in Hackney Wick was rammed by a van, following a burglary which took most of their stock. No charges have been made so far.

If the electric skateboards from populair brands like Boosted Boards and Evolve are not recovered it could mean they will have to close their doors for good. Which will leave a mark on the British electric skateboard scene as WICK is one of the few retailers in the country and a community hub.
